INITIATIONS.

Each initiations can be taken on  three levels

1.  The initiate level   Neei ( to wake up. To resurrect, to come to life )     The spirit (medicine) is made for you.

2.   the Practitioner level .      The spirit (medicine) is made for you, you also will receive the herbs of the spirit and to keep with you so you may give to your family, or some one you trust.

3.   The elder level .  Karimba ( Teacher )              The spirit (medicine) is made for you. You also will receive the herbs of the spirit and to keep with you so you may give to your family, or some one you trust. Also you are shown how to make, where to get, and how to prepare the spirits for someone else. You will have the complete knowledge of the spirit or spirits you have received.

Following ancient African traditions of proper initiation, IKS overstands that the process itself is simply not enough. The process of Initiation MUST be combined with on going education and support if it is to become a meaningful experience for the individual.  This is why we encourage those initiated into the knowledge to participates in our on going courses and our Indigenous knowledge and development study with our non profit, ( see MAMA for more info )which allows you to travel to the north of Ghana, and Burkina Faso'

to continue your education in the bush with our IKS elders. If traveling to the continent is not cost effective for you, it is recommended for you to continue our IKS education program. (See courses for more info.)   Additionally, the IKS  "students only section"   participants have access to comprehensive VIDEOtraining in traditional medicine, herbal formulations, spiritual practice, and spiritual philosophy that until today has been closely guarded and known only by a select few here in the US.   How is this done. IKS is not some make shift online vodoo site. Our lessons are created by the Elders of IKS ( check IKS Elders for more info ). This means that your lessons are created by brothers and sisters that live in the Indigenous regions of the north of Ghana  ( The Bush). These  are  Traditional African Healers, Herbalists, Botanical Experts, Alchemists, Esoteric/Metaphysical Masters, Doctors, Researchers & Pharmaceutical Experts from Africa, not some newcomers trying to pass themselves off as experts.  These sister's and brothers have  passed these oral traditions thru their blood lines for millions of years. In additions to this rare opportunity to interact and study with true indigenous elders, IKS also has on-going forum for questions and answers, discussions, and  IKS's Live weekly video cam classes to help students learn, progress, and increase their emotional and spiritual journey thru indigenous knowledge.

Now it is time for you to become re-introduced to your Ancestral birth right !!!  ONLY through this combined approach can one achieve the growth, knowledge and wisdom necessary. The entire process of Initiation includes extensive teaching  that you will find nowhere else !

IKS  will initiate up to four of your children, age 17 or younger, at each future adult  initiation at NO COST!
